Each of our saunas at Body work to target different ailments, from respiratory therapy to skin therapy, weight loss and fatigue recovery. Because of the heat in our saunas, you may expect to perspire for up to an hour following your session, for your comfort, all sauna sessions are scheduled after your massage. It is not recommended to schedule back to back sessions. Our Infrared Sauna is safe for daily use, use of our Wellness Sauna should have at least two days between sessions.
